Domino's Pizza Kuwait is a wholly owned subsidiary of Domino's Pizza MENAP Group which is occupying the 3rd place after the USA and South Asia in revenue growth and Expansion. Our first Kuwait store opened in 1995 and the latest store opened in December 2006. 
Over 270 team members work in our stores and in a range of support functions ranging from Administration, IT and accounting to fresh dough production at our warehouse and commissary.
There are over 15 Domino's Pizza stores in a fast growing number of towns and cities throughout Kuwait districts.

Our Call Center Innovation
Domino’s Pizza Kuwait introduced in February 2005, the centralized call center which unifying all the stores under one delivery unique number the “800 800”. The Domino’s Pizza call center in the first and only concept launched within the Domino’s Pizza MENAP Market.                                                                               
This innovation has facilitated the home delivery ordering process and got our customers high appreciation.           

Responsible Growth

Delivering More Than Just Pizza 
Domino's is expanding rapidly and we aim to open 8 new stores each year. Our priority is to remain the premier provider of fresh, high quality, home-delivered food but demand for our service only comes once we have earned the respect, admiration and trust of local customers.
That's why our expansion plans are governed by what we call 'Responsible Growth'. This means that we actively seek to enhance the local amenity by demonstrating sensitivity towards residents and the local environment, and by adding value to the communities we serve. 
Every new store that we open creates between 10 and 14 full and part-time jobs and with the potential for a total of 15 stores in the future, this equates to many hundreds of new jobs being created.

 
Environmental Impact 
Domino’s Pizza sells freshly-baked hot food. There is neither a requirement for deep-frying nor for any forms of cooking other than baking in a gas-fired conveyor oven. Therefore, smells and cooking odors are more similar to those generated by a small bakery. 
Our stores have a design and specification package that meets all legal requirements for supply and exhaust ventilation. Air extracted from above the ovens is fully filtered and the Domino’s standard equipment specification includes a requirement that filters be cleaned frequently. 

Opening Hours and Traffic 
We operate standard opening hours for all at 10:00 Am and the typical closing time is 3:00Am. There are, of course, some units that operate different hours, but these are usually in Malls and Commercial Centers.
   
We use the most appropriate delivery method for the local area, as defined by Kuwait authorities. A Variety if delivery techniques in use (Foot delivery, scooters and cars), with a great team of drivers who are, of course, the most visible representatives of Domino’s in the community.
